Foreigners visiting Russia must have a Russian visa, which is available only at Russian embassies or consulates abroad and only upon presenting an invitation from a hotel or organization in Russia. Getting a visa takes a few weeks, so be sure to plan well in advance.

First you will have to decide what type of visa you need. There are different types of visa depending on the purpose and duration of visit. We can help you with invitation for tourist visa and business visa.

To obtain a tourist or business visa with the help of the Nevsky Hotels Group, you will require an official invitation from us. Please fill in Visa application form below so that we can issue an invitation for you. Please note! We accept visa application forms not later than 2 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date.

We will send you the invitation, and after you receive it, take it to the Russian Consulate nearest you, and ask them for all the details concerning documentation you have to present, consular fees, other terms and conditions. The consular staff will give you a short form to fill in and request the official invitation, your passport and a copy of your passport. On the short form give the date of your arrival in Russia and the date of departure. You can arrive later than planned or leave earlier than stated, but visitors must not arrive before the scheduled dates or leave after those dates.

The consular staff will tell you when to return to collect your Russian visa. Please check to be sure that all the data contained in your visa is accurate.
