From my arrival to checkin thru the week of Jan 27 to checkout Feb. 03 it was a pure joy. Your staff were so kind and helpful and made me feel completely at home and safe and well cared for.I really enjoyed my room 715. It was just perfect for a lone person like myself and was clean and well appointed. I had a wonderful trip and look forward to my next stay in your wonderful city and your excellent hotel. I will recomend your hotels to all of my friends without hesitation. thank you so much.

Great location. Clean rooms and good breakfast choice. I enjoyed my stay and will definately book again for my next visit - loyalty programme will be a bonus.
Price / performance ratio is good, rooms are a bit shabby but place is clean, people friendly, free soft drinks, adequate breakfast and good coffee. Location is also very good and I enjoyed the instant confirmation which is not always a case when booking a hotelroom in Russia.

Was satisfied with the Hotel but some comments are worth noting. The hotel\'s location is excellent. The room was acceptable but a little too small. The elevators were down for a day and that was a hardship as I was on the 7th floor. I feel they should have offered a blind person a room with a little more space and not on a top floor. The restaurant food was good but hours were limited. I had to rush my meal as they wanted to close. Better hours would be appreciated,. Service requested for the room was excelletn.
We were very satisfied with the efforts initially made to book our group despite being unable to access the secure site for initial payment. The room was lovely as was the view. The staff at reception and on the floor (and at breakfast) were always helpful. Much credit for a pleasant stay should go to them. People really matter. Great location. Regards

Dear Irina, We are back in our country and before begining with the lot of work that is expecting us I decided to write you few words just to tell you that we fall in love to Saint Petersburg!. It was such a wonderfull experience that deserves to come back!. Our stage at the Nevsky Grand Hotel was also fantastic with its warm and cozy atmosphere. And the girls at the reception desk, so kind and helpfull, allways trying to give an answer to our questions. An special mention deserves the driver Dmitry who drived us to the airport the day of our departure. Once again, thank you very much for your time and help concerning our visit. All was OK! Dear Irina, I want to thank you again for your help in arranging my reservation at the Nevsky Grand Hotel St. Petersburg. My room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit compact but the sauna was a nice touchJ The service was exemplary and the staff was accommodating and courteous. I will surely stay at your hotel on my next visit (can I have the same room, please?) and shall recommend your hotel to my friends and business colleagues. My previous visits to your lovely city were for business purposes, but this time I arrived as a tourist and experienced one of the most enjoyable vacations to date. My only problem was the loss of my Visa card on my last night at a club; but this was due to my lack caution! In any event, I promptly reported the missing card to prohibit any fraudulent charges, so luck was on my side. Thank you again and I hope to visit your establishment again!
